Bellman is a partner at consulting firm Deloitte Digital, which secured a £9m contract from the NHS in 2023 that trusts use to order products. The contract comes despite the firm having been accused of presiding over a “useless” system for supplying personal protective equipment (PPE) to NHS staff during the pandemic.
