Massoud Fouladi

Fouladi co-founded the private healthcare company Circle in 2004 where he worked as its chief medical officer until 2022. Fouladi was one of the directors of Hinchingbrooke hospital, an NHS hospital which Circle won a contract to manage in 2011. The company withdrew from running the hospital three years into the ten-year contract, shortly after being severely criticised by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) over standards of care and hygiene.
