Owen trotter

Director of company with investments in private healthcare. Trotter is the investment committee chair of Key Capital Partners, an investment firm based in Leeds. The firm has invested millions of pounds in private healthcare companies, including one which provided agency staff to the NHS. Trotter was appointed office manager to York Outer Labour MP Luke Charters last year, which led to accusations from local Conservative politicians of cronyism. Charters said Trotter was given the role because he is “a long-standing volunteer”.
