Provides services to the NHS. Rishi Sunak declared that he received a £15,900 donation from The Phoenix Partnership (TPP) in 2023. The company and its owner has profited from £135m of contracts with the Department of Health and Social Care. TPP paid out more than £20m in dividends between 2019 and 2022, to its owner and sole shareholder Frank Hester, according to the Guardian.
